Laying Out The Ceiling Joists
Mark the position of the
second
rafter centre at 400 mm (16 inches)
o.c.as shown on figure 33.
Measure back one-half of the rafter thickness, which is 19 mm (3/4
inches), and mark
it with a line and an X. This will be the location of the first ceiling
joist.
